The Gay Knox County Newcomer pageant was started by The Lady Geneva aka Patrick Callahan in 2003. Since we are celebrating 20 years of excellence, I thought it only proper to honor the Queen that started it all. This performance is from the VERY FIRST Gay Knox County Newcomer Pageant.
